Perfect example of machiavellism: it didn't matter for the Dutch how they
would become world champion, if only they would take the cup back home. Not
my style at all...if I know that the other team is better, I will still try
to play a fair game. Even if it's the third time around and it's likely that
I will lose with 5 - 0 in the finals. Merely obstructing the natural play of
your opponent just shows a lack of respect ...poor, very poor.



Apart from that: my sincere congratulations for the Dutch, for getting so
far.



Unfortunately, the sting is in the tail...so even though jealousy reared its
ugly head in the end..."El Cerebro" killed the beast...;=)



A few weeks ago, two American journalists were having fun with the early
retirement of some European teams...and the alleged rise of America, in its
broadest sense. Hey guys, look now...who is number 1, 2 and 3?

He who laughs last, laughs longest.
