 Ik versta dat wel, Roger, I do understand that Azoy Azoy has a strange
feeling about your message, and that he may be wondering why you chose to
post it. My own first reaction was: this is a xenophobe message, it wants to
point out that the white Christian Belgians (Bruzzilians, Flemish, Walloons)
should watch out and be careful not to go into the Islamic ghettos during
the Ramadhan Month. But fortunately, your reaction shows that you don't mean
it like that at all. Maybe we're all a bit itchy because of the recent
Norway massacres... Hopefully these sad event leads to an end for the Neo
Facist Salonfähigkeit in many European countries in the last decade.

1 – Our environment is changing, due to urbanization, immigration etc.

This has an impact on travelling:

Brussels 2011 is very different from Brussels 1970.

2 – I don’t understand the reaction.

It is very difficult to touch subjects of cultural change and immigration.

3 – Btw I’m doing my Sunday shopping often in Molenbeek, since it is one of
the rare places of full commercial activities on Sundays. I do not drive my
car though up to downtown, but I park at Metro station Crainhem, take the
tube till “Etangs Noirs”, have a kebab meal in the area. Do the “Chaussée de
Gand” for shopping, and take the underground back in “Comte de Flandre”.
