Dear Lowlanders,

Here's a video of Marie Tångeberg, a fluent, apparently genuine native
speaker of Bökingharde Mainland North Frisian (specifically of
Bökinghiirder Frasch, Bökingharder Friesisch), which is used just a little
way south of today's German-Danish border. Marie Tångeberg is considered
the *grande dame* of North Frisian, at least of her own dialect region.
