Das hängt davon ab, wen man fragt. Nach Sass schreibt sich das "Johr".

1) mit h, weil sich der Langvokal hier auch im Hochdeutschen mit h schreibt
und

2) o statt a, weil Sass das vor R immer so macht.

Muss man nicht mögen, aber besser man hat einen Standard als gar keinen
Standard.
