Meaning of Tenochtitlán

The subject of Teotl has been brought up or touched on but never really
clarified as far as I know.  I have heard that Teotl comes from 'te(-tl)' for
stone and 'Ollin' for movement as in stone in movement or material moved
by spirit or.....
