Well, not quite.  The form is tlazohca:mati, and it does not contain cama-tl
'mouth' or, by extension, 'utterance.'

The -ca:- element is known as a "ligature" and is here used to connect
tlaxoh- (an element that has to do with value, love, and affection) to the
verb mati 'to know something.'
