Listeros,
	The word for gabazo, the pulp that is left when you crush cane or  
other fruits to get out the juice, is ipachcho:
i =possessor
pachtli = s.t. crushed
yo =relational of inherent possession.
	The initial te- is a problem, but I would think that the word refers  
to the process of the drink's preparation.
