Aston University in the heart of Birmingham, 
invites applications from scholars with an
international reputation for the above post in 
one of the most innovative schools in the UK, 
with a
5 RAE rating, a TQA score of 22, excellent 
subject review ratings, and a sound annual
undergraduate intake.

The successful applicant will be a leading 
academic specializing in French Culture/Cultural
Studies, or French Business/Economy, or 
Contemporary French Society, and will make a major
contribution to academic leadership, research and 
teaching in the French subject group. In return,
the School offers an excellent research and 
teaching environment, and opportunities to develop
projects with other specialists in the field and/or interdisciplinary research.
