JOB OFFER - DETAILS
French Internal Language Expert (Native Speaker)- MIR
Localization: Cracow / Poznań / Warsaw. Part- or full-time job, 01.10.2014-31.12.2014
Responsibilities:
Preparation of formal grammars for natural language.
Verification of language resources.
Close collaboration with NLP engineers.
Documents translation and proof-reading.
Requirements:
Native speaker.
Master's degree in French linguistics or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a lexicographer, translator or researcher.
Practical knowledge of formalized language grammars.
Quality-focus and attention to details.
Fluency in English.
Time flexibility.
Being a plus:
PhD in linguistics or related fields.
General knowledge of computational or quantitative linguistics.
Practical knowledge of phonetic transcription from text and/or from audio.
Basic programming skills.
Earlier involvement in language technology projects.
