script for combining diacritic

Greetings from Syracuse, NY.  

Here is a question from our PhD student, Nina:
 
I want to find every vowel with a combining nasal tilde. I am modifying the 
expression from this part of the manual 
<https://www.phon.ca/phon-manual/phonex/comb.html>.
My query returns zero hits, even though there are three instances of the 
diacritic in the session. Is there a better way to write the expression?
 
IPA Actual: .:comb("\u0303")
