Using Phon with background applications (esp. Grammarly)

Hi everyone,
Over the last few weeks there have been reports of Phon 'hanging' on various operations such as media linkage, record deletion, etc. We have now identified that these issues are not related to Phon proper; they are due to interactions between it and background applications. While the main culprit identified at this stage is Grammarly, we suspect that similar interactions may happen with other background applications. 

Because we cannot fix these issues from our end, our recommendation is that you deactivate these background applications when using Phon.
