IPA transcription

Hi all,

I have a bit of a frustrating issue here.

Phon just wouldn't accept some IPA sequences (e.g., tgmːi) but would accept 
others (e.g., tigmˑi). When I proceed to transcribe the next record and go 
back, Phon would delete (or ignore the changes I made to) the 
"unacceptable" sequences.

Am I missing something?
