Transcriber question

I am having a problem with Transcriber.

I have sound files recorded at bwf 24 bit 48khz, saved as wav. When I open
them in Transcriber they do not play properly. The audio signal is not shown
properly either (even varying the resolution). I have tried setting the
audio file on 48000. When I look at the file information it says Lin24 48khz
stereo. If anyone knows how I can get the files to play without the jumping
and clicking I would be very grateful!
