small vital languages

Dear Steven Bird,
Dameli is a language spoken by approximately 5,000 people in the Northern
Pakistan. 
The language is transferred to children and there is no any evidence of
language shifting.

Can anyone suggest the names of languages having small speaker
populations that still have a good level of intergenerational transfer
and good survival prospects?
