Linguistics in the Pub (LIP) June 2010
Organised by RNLD http://www.rnld.org
At the June meeting we will discuss how linguists can support language
maintenance and revitalisation activities. The discussion will be led
by Salome Harris (AIATSIS/RCLT) who has experience supporting language
maintenance activities in the Northern Territory.
Background readings will be available from the RNLD website events
page closer to the date.

LIP is an occasional gathering of language activists and linguists in
Melbourne. All are welcome. Those in other parts of Australia and the
world who can't make it to the Melbourne LIPs are encouraged to
organise a local gathering to discuss this topic and support language
activities in your area.
