Dear Stephen,

This is a common issue when you try to access FB from different computers,
particularly if those computers have IP addresses from different countries.
If, as in your case, one is unable to gain access by recognizing the photos
of friends, I think that there is an alternative but only if you have
provided FB with you cell number - then they will text you a confirmation
code and you can access that way.
