[RNLD] Creating linguistic maps

This year I've used QGIS http://www.qgis.org/, with base maps from 
http://www.naturalearthdata.com/, and can recommend the combination This 
followed from Tom Honeyman's recommendation (and tutorial) to the 
Austkin group last year.

What I did with it can be seen on page 79 of
