[RNLD] Dictionary apps

I've been using it. The setup was a little fiddly the first time (multiple
security keys to define etc) but now it's seamless for Android
dictionaries. I have also made iOS dictionaries using it but that has been
more problematic. I suspect it's because of international localization
issues. I'm in the US but trying to distribute dictionaries in Australia.
This hasn't been a problem with the Android ones but while I can see and
test iOS on my devices, I haven't been able to share them with colleagues
in Australia.
