Hello all RNLD list subscribers

This is an important update to let you know that we have moved the list’s
server from its original home at the University of Melbourne to
LinguistList.

How does this affect you? The main thing is that when posting messages to
the list, you now need to use the following address:

resource-network-linguistic-diversity at listserv.linguistlist.org

*Please update your address book accordingly*

The old address will no longer work.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE :)

The list will otherwise operate exactly as before, and the archive
<http://listserv.linguistlist.org/pipermail/resource-network-linguistic-diversity/>
is still accessible at its old address.

The subscribe and unsubscribe procedures are slightly different,
though, and can be managed here

http://listserv.linguistlist.org/mailman/listinfo/resource-network-linguistic-diversity
(You may be prompted to enter your password – which you won’t know and has
actually been automatically generated and assigned to you – but most
requests can be handled via a simple confirmation email instead. You can
retrieve your password easily if required.)

I would like to take this opportunity to thank RNLD co-founder Nick
Thieberger for all the work he’s done – first of all in establishing the
list in the first place with Margaret Florey (back in 2004), and then
managing and moderating it since. Nick has passed the baton on to us, and
the list will now be managed in-house at Living Languages. If you have any
questions or concerns, please contact me directly.

Regards
Andrew

*RNLD is now Living Languages, and this is my new email address. Please
update my email in your contacts list to andrew at livinglanguages.org.au
<andrew at livinglanguages.org.au>. Thanks!*
