The Nyingarn Project Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating the
Nyingarn project.
Nyingarn will be an online platform for digitised early sources in
Australia’s Indigenous languages commencing mid-2021. Applications close on
July 25th.

Indigenous people are encouraged to apply.

This position will manage various aspects of the project including (but not
limited to):
-tracking budgets and finances;
-co-ordinating project activities as determined by the Nyingarn Executive
committee;
-organising regular meetings of the Executive committee and the Advisory
Board;
-preparing regular updates for all Chief Investigators in the project;
-liaising with Indigenous language authorities;
-managing the workflow of documents and their transcription; and
-supporting crowdsourced transcription of documents.
