Pushing open Manfred's "can of worms" a little farther:


Using the example, and Manfred as the observer:

And he can say:  I see 1 as a Background satellite to 2.  I also see 1 as a
Justify satellite to 2.

And I can say:  That's legitimate, that's RST, no problem.
