Ilokano resources

How's everyone doing,

I have not been able to find the simple resources on the web --
tutorials, etc. -- that would enable me to begin learning how to at least
decipher written Ilokano. Are they out there? Please give me some leads.

Also, are Ilokano <p t k> aspirated? Are <b d g> voiced?
