Could you kindly let people know about the University of Hawaii Summer Abroad  Program on Khmer language which will be held at the Royal University of Phnom-Penh, from June 28 to July 28, 2004.  This program is administrated by UH-CSEAS (University of Hawaii, Center of Southeast Asian Studies).    Applicants may contact CSEAS below to receive an application, or applicants may apply online at http://www.hawaii.edu/cseas/academic/khmer.html 
Application are due Friday, February 27, 2004
