request info about SEALS 2006

I posted this question once a while ago but did not get any reply, so 
I am asking the question again: 
does anyone in the list know where and when is SEALS 2006 going to be? 
Plaese post to sealang-l if you do.

I'm sure theer are other people wondering about that too......
(I tried the SEALS15 (@ ANU) website, but it does not say anything...)
