17th Annual Conference on Southeast Asian Language Teaching and Applied Linguistics
July 20-21, 2007
University of Wisconsin -Madison
The Council of Teachers of Southeast Asian Languages (COTSEAL) and the Southeast Asian Studies Summer Institute (SEASSI) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison sponsor the 17th Annual Conference on Southeast Asian Language Teaching and Applied Linguistics on Friday July 20th, and Saturday, July 21st, 2007 at the Pyle Convention Center, University of Wisconsin-Madison. The theme for this years conference is Methodologies and Learning Strategies for Students of SEA Languages.
Papers and presentations about language teaching, approaches, and materials development relevant to Southeast Asian languages and cultures are welcome. Each presentation should take no more than thirty minutes (20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for questions and discussion).
Abstract Deadline: APRIL 30th, 2007
Notification of acceptance: May 15th, 2007
Abstract Submission
Please submit a one-page abstract (8.5"x11", or A4) which should include the title, a brief description of not more than 100 words, and your address, phone, fax, and e-mail.
