Subject: CALL FOR PROPOSALS, AAAL 2008 Annual Conference

Submission deadline: August 15, 2007

Dear Linguists,

The deadline for proposal submissions for the AAAL 2008 Annual Conference is
11:59pm (cst) on August 15, 2007.  Please be sure to submit your proposal
for an opportunity to appear in our program.

Fewer colloquia slots will be available for AAAL 2008 compared with the last
few years. This is due to space constraints as well as an effort to create
more of a balanced distribution in attendance at individual paper
presentations and colloquia.

The AAAL 2008 Annual Conference will be held at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in
Washington, DC March 29 to April 1, 2008.

All proposals must be submitted electronically at the conference website:
