The Department of Linguistics and the National Foreign Language Resource
Center at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa welcome scholars working on
Southeast Asian linguistics to the 31st Annual Meeting of the Southeast
Asian Linguistics Society (SEALS), May 18-20, 2022. SEALS 31 (2022) will be
a hybrid conference, held concurrently in-person (on the campus of the
University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa) and online.

   -

   The conference will feature *Plenary presentations* from Kitima
   Indrambarya (Kasetsart University), Peter Jenks (University of California,
   Berkeley), and Aldrin Lee (University of the Philippines - Diliman).

   FRIDAY DINNER  An optional closing dinner (tickets: $25) will be held at
   College Hill (a short walk from campus) on May 20th for those interested.
   It will be an excellent opportunity for in-person attendees to socialize
