Russian phonetics course

I have used William S. Hamilton, Introduction to Russian Phonology and Word
Structure, Slavica, 1980. As of last year they were still printing it (or
still had copies). I used is as a student in a graduate phonology course,
and thought it was very helpful on all of the issues you mentioned. A word
of caution: it is written rather informally and can sometimes seem to
"wander" a bit, and has some typos, but it works, and is relatively cheap.
