Red Book for Russia

Does anyone have access to the Red Book for languages of Russia?  Only 1000
copies were printed and I'm having a hard time tracking it down in this
country.

The complete citation is:

Krasnaja kniga jazykov narodov Rossii.  Enciklopedicheskij slovar'-spravochnik.
Moscow: Academia, 1994.
