Has anyone read anything by Solzhenitsyn in which he writes about a Russian
businessman who had trouble with the local authorities and was later
recognized with the Birmingham Torch award by an American organization for
his success?  I desperately need the source for some work I am doing.  It has
to have been written in 1995 or 1996 and in all likelihood have already come
out in English translation.

Any leads would be much appreciated.
