Professor with broad expertise in Russian literature from the eighteenth to
twentieth centuries; strong interest in literary theory; near-native fluency
in Russian and English;  Ph.D. or equivalent; rank-appropriate scholarly
publications; experience in graduate and undergraduate teaching in North
