AATSEEL web page outage

Dear SEELANGers,

A water main burst at the University of Pittsburgh this morning, taking
out all electrical power to the main library, where the AATSEEL web server
lives. This made it impossible to connect to the AATSEEL pages. We expect
service to be restored around 9:00 a.m. Thursday (local time).
