Russian in the US Report???

I no longer have my copy of the report "Russian in the US" and someone
has contacted me to see if I could forward a copy to her.  Does anyone
out there still have a copy of this?  If so, could you please forward it
directly to *her*, as I'll be out of town for the summer?  Her email
