Dear all:

Now, when many of you are arranging the trip to
Boston, it is the right time to ask:
 -- Is there any sociolinguist (or just a linguist
interested in the topic) who would like to participate in a panel
titled LINGUISTICS OF POLITICS. ?

We may have a couple of Slavic languages covered
already, but there are so
many topics and so many languages.....

I am willing to organize such a panel for the next
year's AAASS conference.
