Macintosh Font for Tartar Language

Linguist's Software, the makers of Cyrillic II, have a font called
"TransCyrillic" for both the Mac and DOS/Windows.  It comes with five
possible keyboard layouts, and can be used for 39 different Cyrillic-based
languages, including Tatar.  If it's as good as Cyrillic II, then I can
recommend it highly.
