diacritics under WORD

Dear Seelangers,

forgive me for troubling you with technical questions, but our
computer guru is not able to help me out with this one, and I'm not
much of a whiz-kid myself.
When using an English-Russian font like Bukinist under Word for
Windows (6.0), I cannot get simple accents or diaereses on the English
letters. Instead, Russian letters keep appearing. Chto delat'?
