For people in the U.S. whose college or university libraries belong to the
Center for Research Libraries, CRL has a program to buy Russian and Soviet
avtoreferaty on request. Contact your library's interlibrary loan department.
The British Library Document Supply Centre may have a similar program. You can
find out by contacting Ron Hogg there <Ron.Hogg at mail.bl.uk>.
As far as the whole dissertation is concerned, I don't think it's possible to
get it through official channels. If it's publicly available in the library of
the university where it was written, maybe you can get someone to photocopy
and send it.
