Russian publishers

Hello SEELANGERS!
I'm hoping someone can give me some advice &/or info.

At least 6 weeks ago I sent a letter to the Moscow publisher Planeta
requesting permission to use part of a Vysotsky poem, & haven't yet received
a reply. We couldn't find a fax number, so if anyone has one, that would
help. Or, any suggestions you may have on other ways to get in touch with
them & to elicit a response would be much appreciated.
