OPI

[Devin P Browne]

Oral Proficiency Interview, developed by the American Council of Teachers
of Foreign Languages (ACTFL), based on a test developed by the Foreign
Service of the USA (I think!).  Basically an oral test to guage what one
can *DO* with their spoken language skills.
