quotation help

Izvenite za bezpokoistviye,
        The Russian high school exchange student who is living with us found
the following quotation among some of my notes and asked me for the author.  I
do not know.  I've combed several sources of literary and non-literary
quotations, to no avail.  Does any Seelanger know to whom to attribute,
"The iggle squiggs trazed trombly through the harlish goop"?
