The Nose - need a good translation

Hi all!  I'm looking for a good, modern translation of The Nose for my
high school kids to read.  The translation I have is pretty stiff for kids
this age, IMHO.  Any recommendations?

Also, any suggestions for the teaching of the story?  Background and
discussion?  I love the story - one of my favorites, and I really think
that my kids will like it too.  I'm open to suggestions!  :-)
