Brno or Olomouc?

Can anyone make a comparison between the accelerated Czech summer programs at
Masaryk University (Brno) and Palacky University (Olomouc)? I'm a self-taught
student of the language who would  be in some level of beginning Czech. My
first criterion is the effectiveness of the teaching; however if the two
programs were basically equal in that regard, I'd be inclined to choose
Olomouc as the more attractive city . Suggestions, anyone?
