diacritics for PC

WordPerfect for Windows (versions 7 and 8, with 9 in the works apparently)
allows a wide variety of diacritics through the Overstrike feature.  It
also has ready-made letters for almost any alphabetic language, plus
phonetics symbols and others.  It also has a good Cyrillic set, including
the older letters (jat', the nasals, etc.)
