The best I know of is the one compiled by Ida Kurcz and others. It is
called Slownik frekwencyjny polszczyzny wspolczesnej and it gives separate
data for different functional styles. Its main disadvantage is that it has
been based on a small sample (some 500K of tokens) and that these texts
were actually from the sixties.
