There's  this great resource, very helpful when you need to ask Qs  like
where to stay in Petersburg, what's the best travel fare London-Moscow, or
where to buy videos in Moscow. It's a listserve run by IREX, and composed
of English-speaking ex-pats in Moscow. Following is the info:

command in the body of your email message:
