Hello:

Actually, I intended the statement about "positive publicity" rather
ironically.
I can not imagine that it is good for Ukraine's public image to be forever
remembered as the land of Chernobyl/Chornobyl.

Further: I - and surely many others present -  know about the effects on
Belarus.
