I would not call it that.

But to go back to the texbooks' issue. Galina McLaws' Integrated Learning
Modules (Focus Publ.) include it (I believe in Module III). T. Wade's "A
comprehensive Russian grammar" (Blackwell) p. 410 has koe-. But it's true,
you have to look for Russian/Soviet books to get a full description.
