Russian on netscape

Emily,

If you are using a PC with windows 95/98/NT and your Netscape is
intelligent enough, you do not need special fonts.  You would only have
to install multilingual support from your Windows installation CD.  Both
KOI8-R and Win 1251 are equally important, though most of the web-sites
will let you to chose your "code page" of preference.  I am sure that
your computer person can set it up for you.  However if you have
difficulties, please feel free to e-mail me privately and I will send
you detailed instructions as how to do it yourself.
