Just came accross this I don't know if this is already known information or
not but here it is anyway.

"This database offers a ranked list of almost 5,000 of Russia's leading Web
sites. The sites are organized by subject, such as search engines, politics
and law, mass media and medicine and health, and then ranked within each
group."
