Meaning of 'Konkursnoe proizvodstvo'

Konkursnyi is used as an adjective meaning comnpetive eg with ekzamen.
Konkurrsnoe proizvodstvo would appear to mean liquidation or something
similar. There is a section on it in the Bankruptcy issue of Zakon
( 1998, No.6, pp.27- 9) but it does not give a precise definition and
seems to mean the process of drawing up an inventory, valuing the
factory equipement etc  and selling up.
